An aerobic fitness program featuring energetic movements inspired by various styles of Latin dance and world rhythm. These classes are a great opportunity to encourage children to be more active in a fun and positive environment.

These workouts teach children to lead a dynamic and active lifestyle from young, increase self-confidence, improve coordination skills, boost metabolism, fight childhood obesity, assist children to develop friendships and companionship with others, and encouraging them to discover the world of fitness and dance.

On top of that, our unique Parent & Child Zumba Class allows children and parents to share the fun and entertainment together, while being able to spend time with Mom or Dad.
